Pretty good. Two things with flaws. One: That kick is not filter, it is smuggled in the track. Since it is a bass, it should not. There is a tutorial online, on youtube. I searched Fl studio-Good Kick. That is how I get my kicks, perfectly loud enough for the track. Which IS proper. Also, two, it is repetitive...it is possible people can get bored from it. But I love the cool simple-melody. Use the idea of using chords to get a melody is a good stragety, that more people should try. I really like the transitions effects also.

TastyTeo responds:

Personally i think a song being repetitive is somehow better than one that changes frequently. Thanks for your suggestions, i have to admit that i was bored to master this song and i created it rapidly... sorry ^_^

@Lordboy, you do not know much about music do you? Flat means: pitch is to low. And that is in for singing terms. I disagree with Lordboy54, A lot of dance artists does there basses with the kick. Instead of making it an off beat. Very nice track! I voted 5. =) And I noticed the bass 100%. And don't say I don't know anything about music, because I was on the top weekly.

I like your kind of dubstep, it's better hearing LOUD kicks and snares every 2 seconds of the track. XD
And hearing a robots voice making the weirdest sound ever. This is simply better then the dubstep I have heard. Nice job! :)

Very nice! Sorry for the bad things you've been going through. At least you expressed it with a nice beautiful song. =)

lantaren responds:

thank you c: all this support means much to me.

Well. It wasn't bad! But, you do need some improvement. Try making the lead more louder than the bass. Because it is bad if you can hear the bass more instead of the lead. Because the lead is the "lead" like in literally terms. I also think you need to put a kick there. I think I hear one, but it is getting hollowed out of the song, from the bass. The snare needs some reverb(with out the wet of course) also it needs some EQ2 to clean it up a bit. Oh and the bass is VERYYYYYYYYY iffy. It's to low, you gotta pitch it up, may to c4 to half-way of c5. Well that is my review! I hope it helped. =)

Pretty good, needs a lot of mastering. Also this is not dance, this is actually dubstep/house. :3 But pretty cool, sounds like there are some old pads from 80's. With remastered quality.

Kingdaro responds:

Probably would be house, but I marked it dance since it's actually electro and I've seen electro marked as dance so I just followed suit. I'll consider changing it.

I think you should think about improving a bit more! Learning more strategy in music would be good for you! At 00:39...wasn't good at all. It was all random notes, and not very catchy. At 1:08 sounded very cool. But then at 1:22 was weird. 3=

Also this is more video game music then Dance music...dance music does not have that drum beat. ALL dance songs have a kick, clap and hi hat beat. Kick in 4 beat, clap in 2 beat etc. The beat is called an off beat, which is off the bass. The bass is also wrong in this song...the bass needs to be a 2 bar then 2 spaced and 2 bar again. And that is what makes people move. Also, japan melody's are more with black keys then the white keys. They use some white keys that makes it sound like Japanese music.

Overall, you really should improve with dance music. YouTube has tutorials of how it was suppose to be formatted. Even if you like it, and thought it sounded pretty, doesn't make it professional. Professional dance music is formatted correctly and has a outline of organization. I really thought this song was very unorganized. Which was how I first started out making music! Please take my advice, and I hope it helps!

hoppingmad1 responds:

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I suppose it is more of a video game song, but I like to try and be different and that's why it's not your regular dance song/beat. Also, using black keys for Japanese songs seems to me generic and unoriginal. I'm not really trying to make it proffesional, as I just like to enjoy making the music and not worry about the details too much. Anyways, thanks for the feedback.

Very good! Very professional.

SUB4RU responds:

Thanks, I had the track mastered by a professional. It makes all the difference!
